光折变晶体BaTiO3中二波混频的温度效应

摘    要:研究了光折变晶体钛酸钡中相向传输的二波混频的温度效应,得到在 BaTiO3中增益耦合系数随温升而增加、并在85℃左右反向.说明其主要载流子的类型在此温度时发生改变.给出了有效陷阱浓度N(T)的温升模型,其理论预期值与实验数据符合较好.

Abstract:We have investigated the temperature effect of the two-wave mixing gain coupling coefficient in photorefractive barium titanate.The experimental results are indicated that the gain coupling coefficient of the two-wave mixing in BaTiO3 are increased with increasing temperature and a sign change occured at around 85℃.This can be interpreted as a change in the type of the majority carrier which takes place at this temperature.The model of increasing temperature of the effective trap density N(T) is given.The theoretical predictions were in good qualitative agreement with the experimental datum.
