| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种诊断大规模电子电路的子网络级故障诊断屏蔽方法，首先将电路撕裂成一定数目的子电路，在一定的激励条件下，依次对各子电路进行屏蔽，得到各子电路的逻辑诊断值或逻辑矩阵，最后用逻辑运算进行故障定位。

| Abstract: | A new method at sub-network-level of fault diagnosis for large-scale electronic circuits is presented. The fault circuit is firstly torn into several sub-circuits. Sub-circuits can be isolated and tested one after another while the inference of other not-tested circuits is replaced by certain stimulus. Hierarchical logical analysis is implemented with the help of logical diagnosis array and finally the fault sub-circuit is identified. |
