| Abstract: | The linear dependence of the peak current of cyclic voltammeter on the concentration of glu-case in the KRPB physiological solution are hereby reported. The influence of pH value and the concentration of glucose on the peak current and the relation between the diffusion coefficient and pHvalue are investigated,The effect of glucose on catalytic electroreduction of phosphrous ion and onchange of reaction electroreduction of phosphrous ion and on change of reaction mechanism are disclosed. |
