电动自行车火灾原因鉴定

近来我所火因物证鉴定中心陆续接到多起对可能由电动自行车引发火灾的蓄电池、蓄电池外壳、电线、充电器等各类残留物证的鉴定。对这些残留物证进行鉴定,做出科学客观的技术结论对于查明火灾原因具有极其重要的意义和作用。本文以某实际火灾现场提取的电动自行车残留物证为例,讨论了对电动自行车火灾原因鉴定的方法和过程。

Identification of Electric Bicycle Fire Cause

Recently our Fire evidence identification center of the institute accepted a few identifications for electric bicycle fire evi- dence successively.Among them,mostly the identifications were for batteries,cable,charger,and other evidence of the electric bicyc- les.Accurately identifying for the Residual evidence and Making a scientific and objective technology conclusion has very great sig- nificance and role to investigate the cause of the fire.In this paper,by choosing the identification process for one actual scene of electric bicycle fire residue evidence as an example,discussed the identification methods and processes for the electric bicycle fire cause.
