| 摘 要： | 本文作者从中药何首乌(Polygonum multiflorum Thumb)中提取出3种蒽醌类衍生物,其中之一经硅胶柱层析进一步纯化,薄层分析,熔点测定及红外光谱鉴定,得到类似大黄素的蒽醌衍生物纯品,实验结果表明,它对酪氨酸酶有促进作用,这可能是何首乌抗白发的作用机制之一。

| Abstract: | In this paper, three kinds anthraquinone derivative have been extracted from chinese Polygonum multiflorum Thumb. One of in the theirs , the pure preparation anthraquinone derivative of resemble emodin has been further purified by the silica gel column chromatography and determined by melting point, thin-layer chromatography, infrared spectroscopy. Experiment proved that, the promotion of it on tyrosinase may be one of the mechanisms of the anti-white hair. |
