| 摘 要： | 以系统溶剂法分别制备了鱼腥草的石油醚提取物、氯仿提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物和水提取物.各提取物的体外抑菌实验表明,鱼腥草的氯仿提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、苏云金杆菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和白色葡萄球菌的生长具有很好的抑制作用.以该提取物为主要成分,制作了一种鱼腥草的外用抗菌霜剂.豚鼠皮肤刺激实验表明,该霜剂对皮肤无刺激性.豚鼠皮内注射金黄色葡萄球菌皮肤局部感染模型的建立及抗感染实验结果表明,该霜剂对金黄色葡萄球菌引起的皮肤局部感染有明显的治疗效果,每天给药3次,每次给药0.1 g（区域面积20 mm×30 mm）,7 d后皮肤红肿现象完全消失;局部皮肤体外微生物培养实验发现,注射部位皮肤已无病原菌感染.

| Abstract: | Five extracts of Houttuynia cordata was obtained using petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water as the solvents.The results of antibacterial experiments in vitro showed that chloroform fraction has strong antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus thuringiensis,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,and Staphylococcus albus.A topical cream was prepared with chloroform extract as the main ingredient and was evaluated by acute skin irritancy in which the cream showed less ir... |
