摘    要:阐述了单细胞绿藻衣藻(Chlamydomonas)性别相关基因及其作用机制的研究进展,其中着重介绍了位于mt基因座及少量位于常染色体上的性别相关基因,并分析了它们在营养细胞分化为正负两种交配型的配子细胞、正/负配子的交配以及合子分化的起始这3个关键步骤中的调控作用.

Abstract:This paper reviewed recent progress of sex-related genes and their mechnisms in unicellular green alga Chlamydomonas.We focused on genes which were gathered on mating-type(mt) locus as well as some additional sex-related genes located in autosomes and their regulations during the following 3 key steps: Plus and minus gamete sexual differentiation from vegetative cells,mating between mt+/mt-gametes,and initiation of zygote differentiation.
