摘    要:将一种高效的数值计算方法-多重网格法引入到三维有限差分波束传播法(FD-BPM)中.计算了均匀介质内定向高斯波在不同角度时的传播问题,并与解析法的结果进行了比较.最后计算了矩形波导的传播模式,并与交替方向迭代法BPM计算的结果进行了比较.证实了此方法的可靠性,而且这种方法大大提高了广角三维FD-BPM的计算速度,在三维光波导器件的模拟设计中很有发展潜力.

Abstract:The design of 3D wave-guide components demands large memory and high precision. An effective numerical method, Multi-grid method, is introduced to FD-BPM. The propagations of a Gauss impulse in a uniform medium with different angles are simulated, and are compared with the analytical results. The mode of rectangle wave-guide is also calculated, and is compared with the result obtained from ADI-BPM. The method’s feasibility is verified, and the calculation speed of wide-angle 3D FD-BPM is improved greatly. It is very potential in the simulation and design of 3D wave-guide components.
