| 摘 要： | 研究UMTS核心网中MSC服务器与MGW之间的Megaco控制关系，提出了基于事件驱动的控制关联状态机模型，分析状态机的状态迁移。基于Megaco／H．248协议的服务改变命令．分析状态机的处理机制。

| Abstract: | The present article studies the control association between MSC server and MGW in the UMTS core network. It puts up the control association state machine driven by event, analyses the state transition of the state machine, and the process of association FSM based on the Service change command of H.248 protocol. |
