关于军队院校“教书育人”的几点思考

针对军队院校的使命任务和特点,对教书育人和培养人才的关系进行了分析,并论述了"教书"与"育人"的内在联系和发挥教书育人效果的基本途径,认为"教书育人"是任何课程教学过程中始终必须遵循的基本原则,教员的师德修养、课程的思想内涵、教学的严密组织、纯洁的师生感情等是教书育人、培养高素质人才的重要基础。
