黄蜀葵茎、叶的解剖学研究

摘    要:对黄蜀葵茎、叶解剖结构的观察结果表明:1)黄蜀葵的茎属于草质茎,维管组织能进行一定的次生生长,但不形成木栓形成层;茎的次生维管组织中有发达的韧皮纤维和木纤维,可作为纤维的重要原料;2)黄蜀葵叶为异面叶,气孔器为平列型,栅栏组织发达,叶柄中空,维管束环形排列,输导组织发达;3)黄蜀葵是典型的旱生植物,具有较强的适应性.

Abstract:In this paper, the structure of stems and leaves of Abelmoschus ma ni hot (L.) Medic. and its agronomic and ecological significance have been studied. The main results are as follows: 1) The stem of Abelmoschus manihot is herbace ous, in which some secondary structure is formed by the activity of vascular cam bium, while the phellogen does not generate in the process of secondary growth; there are great many developed xylemic and phloemic fibers in the secondary vasc ular tissue, and it indicates that the stem of Abelmoschus manihot should be dev eloped as the main resources of fiber. 2) The leaf is bifacial, its stoma confor m to paracytic type; petiole is vacant in the center, and the vascular bundles w ith developed vessels collocate annularly.3) Abelmoschus manihot has the typical xerophytic feature to adapt the habitat competently.
