| 摘 要： | 用RAPD技术对鲶天然群体和褐首鲶养体进行了遗传多样性分析，结果表明，鲶的遗传相似度S＝0.6192，褐首鲶S＝0．9269。作为天然群体的鲶在RAPD图谱具有比作为养殖群体的褐首鲶更为丰富的DNA多态，同时也表明，长期的人工养殖导致遗传多样性的下降，自然种群个体间基因的随机交流会使遗传多样性增加。

| Abstract: | RAPD technique was used to analyse the genetic diversity of Silurus asotus(Linnaeus) and nursery fish Ictalurus nebulosus. Silurus asotus exhibited higher polymorphism than Ictalurus nebulosus. The genetic similarity of Silurus asotus and Ictalurus nebulosus is 0.6192, 0.9269 respectively. It suggested that the genetic diversity of Silurus asotus is more abundant than that of Ictalurus nebulosus. Inbreed programme and artificial selection for cultivated fish would cause the erosion of the genetic diversity, and natural population with random gene exchange would be better for maintaining the genetic diversity. |
