圆铜线热镀锡生产工艺的探讨

镀锡圆铜线具有多种优良特性，且其生产工艺属于物理加工，具有设备投入低、效率高、操作简单等优点，在电线电缆行业中得到了广泛的应用和发展。圆铜线热镀锡工艺虽然简单，但工序流程较多，如放线、酸洗、水洗、干燥、预热烘干、助焊剂、镀锡、冷却、收线，其中的每个环节控制不当，都可影响到产品的最终质量。随着圆铜线直径的逐渐增大，热镀锡工艺的控制难度也不断加大，直径为0．80～2．54mm圆铜线热镀锡工艺的生产实践表明，只有严格控制每个工序流程，不断分析总结及采取改进措施，才可获得优良的产品质量。

Production Process of Hot Tinned Round Copper Wire

Tinned round copper wire has a variety of features, and its processing principle belongs to physical process, having advantages of low investment in equipment, high efficiency, easy operation, so it is widely used and developed in wire and cable industry. Although the process of tinned round copper wire is relatively simple, it has many process steps, such as pay-off, pickling, washing, drying, preheating drying, flux, tinning, cooling, and takeup. All these steps will have adverse affect on the final quality of the products if any of them are not well controlled. The control difficulty is increased with the increase of the diameter of tinned round copper wire. The production practice of the tinning of the round copper wire with 0.80-2.54 mm diameter shows that it is possible to obtain good product quality only by strictly controlling every process steps, analyzing various factors, and taking improving measures.
