| 摘 要： | 建立了用高效液相法 (HPLC)测定中药紫金红胶囊中朱砂含量的方法。朱砂的主要成分为HgS ,通过将样品消化后 ,以二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠 (DEDTC)为配合剂 ,再用HPLC对Hg DEDTC的配合物进行分离测定。采用的条件为 :WatersX TerraC1 8柱 ,以甲醇 0 0 1mol/L磷酸氢二钠 (用磷酸调 pH至 7 5) (含 0 0 1 % (质量分数 )DEDTC) (体积比为 73∶2 7)为流动相 ,流速为 0 8mL/min ,检测波长为 2 70nm ,柱温为 35℃。在Hg2 + 质量浓度为 1 0 1mg/L～ 1 0 0 9mg/L时 ,其浓度与Hg DEDTC配合物的峰面积呈良好线性关系 ,相关系数为 0 9996。

| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the determination of cinnabar in Zijinhong capsules using diethyldithiocarbamate (DEDTC) chelate. A Waters X-Terra C18 column was used with a mixture of methanol-0.01 mol/L Na2HPO4 (pH 7.5) (containing 0.01% DEDTC) (73:27, V/V) as the mobile phase and a detector set at 270 nm. The calibration curve was linear (r = 0. 999 6) in the range of 10.1 mg/L - 100.9 mg/L of Hg2+. The recoveries were 97.0% - 100.8% with RSDs of 1.8% - 2.3%. |
