摘    要:对于高精度的电子设备,噪声是影响其性能的关键因素。为了方便测得某一待测放大器或接收机的噪声系数,通过介绍噪声对电子设备性能的影响以及噪声系数的定义及其数学公式推导,总结了一种利用频谱分析仪测量放大器噪声系数的方法。该方法虽然存在一定的局限性,但对于高增益的待测器件,仍不失为一种简单有效的测量方法。

Abstract:Noise is the main factor affecting the performance of high precision electronic equipment. To measure the noise factor of an amplifier or receiver expediently, a noise factor measurement method using spectrum analyzer is proposed based on the definitions and formulas given in the paper. The effect of noise on the electronic equipments performance and the definition of the noise factor are introduced in this paper. Via experiment validation, though the measurement method has some limitations, it still is a simple and effective method.
