硅橡胶新硫化体系的研究

摘    要:本文介绍一种硅橡胶新硫化体系,即利用Diels-Alder反应使聚硅氧烷进行交联。所用生胶为含乙烯基的高分子量聚甲基硅氧烷,所用交联剂(硫化剂),即双烯体,系含有环戊二烯基的有机硅化合物。所得弹性体的物理机械性能达到高强度硅橡胶水平。

Abstract:A novel vulcanization system for curing silicone rubber by Diels-Alder reaction has been suggested. Some cyclopentadienyl silanes or siloxanes such as were used as efficient crosslinking agent for vulcanization of polysiloxanes having vinyl groups. Compounds III IV could also be used as hardening agents though each had only one cyclopentadienyl group. It might, probably be that the alkoxysilanes first reacted with the silanols on the surface of the filler (SiOs) to form polycyclopentadienyl compounds the latters then crosslinked with the vinyl groups leading to vulcanization of polysilo-xanes. The resulting elastomers possessed higher tensile strength,tear strength and elongation Attempts to cure silicome rubber with compounds.
