Abstract:According to the properties of molecular structure and the results studying bio-energy transportwe prupose a theory which think that ultraweak spontaneous bio-photon emission of thebiomacromolecules we observed experimentally in the living systems, for example, the protein, DNA,and chromosome, comes from the changes of states and positions and conformations of active andexcited atoms and molecules and nuclei and bonding electrons in the peptides resulting from thesupersonic motions of carriers-solitons transporting bio-energy and bio-information. Therefore , we , firstof all, study the properties of collective excitation arising from the intramolecular localized fluctuationand the deformation of structure and conformation of amino acid moleeules of moleeular chains causedby the energy released in ATP hydrolysis in our theory. Next we calculate the transition probabilityand the intensity of the ultraweak spontaneous bio-photon emission of me active aha excoired atoms andnuclei and bonding electrons in the molecular chains resulting from the supersonic motion of thecarriers of Bio-enrgy and bio-information transport. Lastly we give some properties of the bio-photonemission and compare with experimentally observational results.
