摘    要:本文提出在层流场中定向排列纳米碳管的技术,并理论计算了在层流场中、电场中、强磁场中重新定向排列的机理,用机械拉伸法将CNT均匀分散并定向排列在PMMA中,得到各向异性且力学性能和电学性能都很好的CNTs/PMMA复合材料.此实验结果证明机械拉伸法与层流场中定向排列纳米碳管的理论机理相符.

Abstract:The technology of the realignment of purified CNTs in the shear flow and in the mechanical stretching process is presented in this paper.The mechanism of the realignment of purified CNTs in the shear flow,electric field and strong magnetic field are studied using different theoretical models.PMMA/CNTs composite with well aligned CNTs along the stretching direction is synthesized using mechanical stretching method.The aligned CNTs modified PMMA/CNTs composite present highly anisotropic properties,as a result the composite showed higher conductivity,higher strength and higher mechanical draw ratios along the stretched direction than perpendicular to it.This experimental result is consistent with our theory analysis.
