摘    要:当前,酒店业正经历着大规模定制时代的到来,依靠创新来适应外界环境的变化,努力构建产品特色来满足和创造消费者的需求,已经成为酒店业竞争的前沿。本文拟通过对酒店产品特色构建缺失的原因,构建的意义等方面分析的基础上,提出了酒店产品特色构建的思路。

Abstract:The hotel industry is experiencing the era of mass customization at present. It relies on the innovation to adapt to the changes of the external environment, and strives to make the products to meet the characteristics and consumers' demands. The hotel industry has become the forefront of competition. The paper puts forward some suggestions to develop the features of hotel products.
