基于模糊控制的珩磨机伺服系统位置控制

摘    要:在简要介绍珩磨机加工原理的基础上,通过实验建立其数学模型,然后利用MATLAB工具对系统进行了频域分析和时域分析.根据实际加工情况提出需要对控制系统的超调量进行控制,由于原系统不能满足要求,因此采用模糊控制策略对该系统进行了校正.仿真结果表明,校正后的系统完全满足系统超调量为零和快速性的要求.

Abstract:On the basis of brief introduction to the processing principle of honing machine,its mathematic model was experimentally established,and then the frequency domain and time domain analysis of the system was conducted by using the tool MATLAB.The overshoot of control system should be controlled according to actual processing condition.The original control system,however,could not satisfy such requirement.Hence,a fuzzy control strategy was employed to correct this system.The simulation result showed that the corrected system could completely satisfy the system requirements: zero-shoot and quick-response ability.
