大功率LED温度特性测量仪

摘    要:用半导体加热/致冷芯片对LED恒温,用贴片式pt100作温度传感器,用具有人眼视觉特性的可见光亮度传感器组成光强探测器,研制了一种大功率LED温度特性测量仪.用该测量仪测量了1W白光LED在恒流和恒压驱动下光强、发光效率等参数的温度特性.实验表明,该测量仪恒温快,测量准确,成本低,操作便捷.

Abstract:An instrument for measuring t he temperature characteristic of a high power LED is developed b y using a semiconductor heating/cooling element to make the LED ’ s temperature rise or fall,in which a pt100 surface mounted re sistor is used as a temperature sensor,and a light sensor with spectral respon se that emulates the human eye is used as a luminous intensity detector.The te m perature characteristics of the photoelectric parameters,such as luminous inte nsity,luminous efficiency,of the l watt white LED supplied b y a constant current source or a constant voltage source are investigated,resp ectively.The experimental results show that this instrument has advantages of fast temperature measurement,high accuracy,low cost and simple operation.
