基于ADSP-BF531的电涡流探伤系统设计

摘    要:电涡流检测技术具有测量精度高、无污染等优点,适用于对金属微裂纹的检测.文章设计了一款电涡流探伤系统,能够进行高速采样和连续显示,当检测到被测物体具有微裂纹时,能够进行声光报警.它是基于ADSP-BF531处理器本身的高速接口,利用高速模数转换器进行采样,并且结合同步动态随机存取存储器(SDRAM)和TFT-LCD将检测结果清晰连续地显示出来.本系统结构简单、采样速度快、体积小,具有广泛的实用价值.

Abstract:Eddy current detection technology futures high accuracy and pollution-free and is applicable to the detection of metal micro-crack.This paper designs a eddy current detection system.It can sample at high speed and display continuously.When micro-cracks on the metal are detected it will alarm with sound and light.It is based on the high-speed interface of the processor ADSP-BF531,uses high speed ADC to sample data.And it can display the results clearly and continuously with the synchronization dynamic random access memory(SDRAM) and TFT-LCD.The system has simple structure,fast sampling speed,and small volume.So it has a wide practical application value.
