基层军官人格特质、应对方式与应对效能的关系研究

目的:探讨人格特质、应对方式与应对效能的关系,研究前两者是否可以有效预测后者。方法:采用问卷调查法,以320名基层军官为被试。结果:稳定性、有恒性和自律性与应对效能及各维度存在正相关;忧虑性和紧张性与应对效能及各维度存在负相关;乐群性、聪慧性及幻想性与应对效能及各维度并不存在显著相关。积极应对与应对效能及各维度存在正相关,消极应对与胜任力、自信程度及应对效能存在负相关。结论:人格特质和应对方式均可以有效预测应对效能。

On the Relationship between Military Officers' Personal Character,Answering Strategy and Operational Effectiveness at the Grassroots' Level

Objective:This article gives an in-depth analysis on the relationship between military officers' personal character,answering strategy and operational effectiveness at the grassroots' level.Methods: Through questionnaire survey on the 320 officers.Results:The result shows that there is positive correlationship between stability,persistence,self-discipline and operational effectiveness within all dimensions,while the negative correlationship exists between anxiety,tensity and operational effectiveness within all dimensions,and there's no obvious correlationship between group-orientation,intelligence,fantasy property and operational effectiveness within all dimensions.Active answering strategy is positively correlated with operational effectiveness within all dimensions,while inactive answering strategy is negatively correlated with the competence,degree of self-confidence and operational effectiveness.Conclusion: The survey shows that either personal character or answering strategy can predict operational effectiveness effectively.
