摘    要:为提高车辆悬架系统的减振性能,设计了一种用于车辆主动悬架系统的齿轮齿条式作动器。首先理论分析了作动器响应时间的影响因素,然后推导了作动器主动控制力的计算方法,最后通过台架试验进行了验证。试验结果表明:作动器主动控制力的实际值与理论值之间偏差较小;且与电机的供电电流之间呈现较好的线性关系,与理论分析一致;电流变化的响应时间基本相同;但作动器主动出力的响应时间随电流的减小而增大,分析认为这是由作动器的空程间隙造成的。因此,在作动器的设计过程中应尽量避免或减小空程间隙。

Abstract:In order to improve the vibration damping performance of the vehicle suspension system, a type of rack and pinion actuator for vehicle active suspension system was designed. Firstly, the influence factors of actuator response time were theoretically analyzed. Then the calculation method of active control force was derived. Finally, bench tests were carried out to verify it. The test results show that the error between the actual value and the theoretical value of the actuator active control force is small, and the active control force is linear with the supply current, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The response time of the current changes are basically the same, but the response time of the actuator active control force increase as the decrease of the supply current. Analysis believes that it is caused by the air gap of the actuator. Therefore, the air gap should be avoided or reduced in the process of actuator designing.
