球形温度场对平面温差发电器热电计算模型的影响

摘    要:为了解决现有热电模型不能计算球形温度场中平面温差发电器热电输出的问题,建立了球形温度场中平面温差发电器的热电输出计算模型。仿真测试表明,建立的球形温度场中平面温差发电器输出模型的计算误差不超过10%。基于所建模型,研究了形成球形温度场的点热源的位置变化对平面温差发电器热电输出的影响。结果表明,增加点热源与温差发电器热端的距离,平面温差发电器输出的电流和功率大致呈指数规律减小;增加点热源与温差发电器的位置偏角,平面温差发电器输出的电流和功率大致呈抛物线规律减小。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the existing thermoelectric theory cannot calculate the thermoelectric output characteristics of a planar temperature difference generator in a spherical temperature field, constant power is input to the planar thermoelectric generator heating terminal in the form of a spot heat source. In the generated spherical temperature field, a thermoelectric output characteristic calculation model was established based on a thermoelectric generator which is made up of many small thermoelectric unit connected in series, and a finite element software simulation was performed.The influence of related factors in a spherical temperature field on the thermoelectric calculation model of a planar thermoelectric generator was also studied.The results show that the relative error of the calculated value of the model does not exceed 10%, which shows the correctness of the calculation model.Increasing the distance of the heat source or increasing the position angle of the point heat source located right above the hot end of the thermoelectric generator will result in a decrease of the thermoelectric output of the thermoelectric generator.
