Relating the Komargodski–Seiberg and Akulov–Volkov actions: Exact nonlinear field redefinition

This Letter constructs an exact field redefinition that maps the Akulov–Volkov action to that recently studied by Komargodski and Seiberg in Z. Komargodski, N. Seiberg, JHEP 0909 (2009) 066, arXiv:0907.2441]. This is then used to study the off-shell supersymmetry properties of the Komargodski–Seiberg action. It is also shown that the approach advocated in A.A. Zheltukhin, Phys. Rev. D 82 (2010) 085005, arXiv:1003.4143v2] and A.A. Zheltukhin, On equivalence of the Komargodski–Seiberg action to the Volkov–Akulov action, arXiv:1009.2166] for deriving such a field redefinition is inconsistent.
