| Abstract: | This paper presents a set of external cavity He-Ne laser adjustment methods,including two ways of laser cavity alignment adjustment:the cross pinhole imaging,laser beam alignment adjustment and the optical axis coinciding with incident light of con-focal Fabry-Perot interferometer.The methods proposed are simple and feasible.In addition,based on the effect of cavity length changing on the longitudinal mode,we develop a technology of enhancing the monochromatic of spectrum. |
