Surface characterization of In4Se3 single crystals |

| Abstract: | Surface properties of indium subselenide (In4Se3) were studied. It was confirmed, that the superstructure of this crystal is characterized by nanowire-like cylindrical clusters with diameter dimensions of about 20 nm and stairs along the a-axis up to 5 nm, depending on the cleavage conditions. |
