Abstract: | A strong dependence of the meridional Kerr effect on the implantation regime that is different in different segments of the
spectrum has been observed in He+-implanted (YBiSmTm)3(FeGa)5O12 films. In addition to the Kerr effect, we have also investigated the dependence of the magnetization, the magnetic anisotropy,
and the Néel temperature on the conditions of implantation. Correlations were noted in the behavior of the magnetic, magneto-optical,
and electrical properties of the implanted layers.
