摘    要:在H2SO4介质中,KIO4氧化吖啶黄,使体系褪色并伴随荧光猝灭,痕量的As(Ⅲ)能显著阻抑此反应,据此建立了一种新的荧光法测定痕量As(Ⅲ)。本文对该体系的实验条件进行了详细研究。在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围为5.0~400μg/L,检出限为2.4μg/L。方法已用于环境水样中痕量As(Ⅲ)的测定,加标回收率为94.2%~102.6%。

Abstract:A new fluorimetric method has been proposed for the determination of trace arsenic(Ⅲ) based on the obvious inhibition effect of arsenic(Ⅲ) on the reaction between potassium periodate and acridine yellow.Potassium periodate can oxidize acridine yellow studied to fluorescence quenching and fading of the system in sulfuric acid medium.The experimental conditions for the system are in detail in this paper.Experimental results show that the linear range of this method is 5.0~400 μg/L under the optimum conditions,and the detection limit is 2.4 μg/L.It has been applied to the detection of arsenic(Ⅲ) in environment water samples,and the recoveries are between 94.2% and 102.6%.
