Thermodynamics of copper ion resolvation in water-isopropanol mixtures by the method of volta potential differences

Abstract:From results of measuring the compensating voltages of an volta circuit by the Kenrick method at 298.15 K, real and chemical thermodynamic characteristics of copper ion resolvation in water-isopropanol mixtures are determined, as well as the surface potential at the nonaqueous-solvent/gas-phase boundary.
