| 摘 要： | 针对车牌定位计算量大,定位时间长的问题,提出一种基于几何和颜色混合特征的定位方法。首先对车牌进行直方图均衡的预处理,通过改进的Sobel边缘检测算子和数学形态学方法,确定候选区域队列,然后利用车牌的几何和颜色特征排除候选车牌区域中的干扰区域,最后对各种环境下定位效果进行比较,并给出相应的算法和实验结果。
