Abstract: | The author believes that the method of radio detection of 1022–1023 eV cosmic rays can be revived. The proof will be the detection of electromagnetic pulses produced by the passage of particles with such energy through the surface of the moon. It is shown that the amplitude of the radio signal attesting to this event will be two orders of magnitude greater than the gallactic noise, if the antenna of the UTR-2 decameter radio telescope (Khar’kov) is used for this purpose.
