Investigation of the LiF-LiBr-Li2SO4-Li2MoO4 quaternary system

Abstract:Phase equilibria in the LiF-LiBr-Li2SO4-Li2MoO4 system have been investigated by differential thermal analysis. The eutectic composition has been determined (mol %): LiF, 13.3; LiBr, 62.0; Li2SO4, 15.4; and Li2MoO4, 9.3. The melting point is 415°C, and the ehthalpy of melting is 200 kJ/kg.
