温敏雄性核不育水稻几种同工酶的热激反应

摘    要:在芽期、苗期和减数分裂期分别对温敏雄性核不育水稻培矮645、常规水稻湘晚籼2号进行38℃、25℃、22℃处理,分析其穿期、苗期和减数分裂期同工酶的变化,研究结果表明:温敏雄性核不育水稻培矮64S在热激条件下同工酶比常规水稻湘晚籼2号的变化大。热激条件下三种同工酶的变化,以细胞色素氧化酶最大,醋酶次之,过氧化物酶最小。

Abstract:With comparison of xiang wanxian- 2 in Regular Rice(X -2), this experiment focuses on Pei' ai64S (P64s)-A sort of Thermo-sensitive Genic Male - steril Indic Rice(TSG) upon its changes of isozymes in anther in the period of bud seedling as well as that of fretility sensitive-the peried from pollen mother cell to meiophase. The results show at heat shock the isozyme of P64S changes more than that of X- 2. In the three isozymes, Cytochrone Oxidase changes the most. Esterase isozyme changes the less. Peroxidase isozyme changes the least.
