提高ICP-MS质谱仪的性能

摘    要:针对电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(SOLAICP-MS)在实际应用中存在的一些具体问题进行了改进,使之在大气气溶胶化学和黄土地球化学领域里发挥更有效的作用,从而提高了ICP-MS的利用率并降低了测试成本。

Abstract:Problems existing with the SOLA ICP MS in routine operations was described Some improvement have recently been made with in extension of the functions associated with the equipment The results of the quality control tests showed that the precision and accuracy were satisfactory Moreover, the improvements have also enhanced operational efficiency and have reduced the determination costs
