| 摘 要： | 用邻二氮菲分光光度法直接测定了广西山区瓜果类蔬菜中铁的含量，方法简便、快速、准确，对指导人们合理食用瓜果类蔬菜进行补铁及进一步开发瓜果类蔬菜产品提供了可靠的理论依据。

| Abstract: | A determination method of the content of iron in melon and fruit of vegetables by spectrophotometru is introduced.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The result provides the theoretical basis for guiding reopce reasonably to eat melon and fruit of vegetables to replenish iron and exploiting the product of fruit of vegetables. |
