磁场中硅熔体的磁黏度

摘    要:利用魔环磁场,对硅熔体施加横向可调的磁场.采用回转振荡法,测量了硅熔体在不同温度、不同水平方向磁场下的磁黏度.研究结果表明,引入磁场,使硅熔体的磁黏度增加,且磁黏度与磁场强度呈抛物线关系.

Abstract:The magnetic viscosity of Si melt under a magnetic field (REC) is investigated with the oscillation cup method.The results show that the magnetic viscosity of Si melt increases with the increase of the magnetic field strength.The relation between the magnetic viscosity and magnetic field strength can be expressed by the formula,η=η0+aB2.This is the research foundation for MCZSi.
