| Abstract: | The results are given of an experimental investigation of turbulent boundary layers on porous plates in the case of homogeneous blowing at various angles to the wall. It is shown that the intensity and angle of the blowing influence the profiles of the averaged and pulsating components of the velocities, the characteristic thicknesses, the surface friction, and the turbulent tangential stresses in the boundary layer.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Mekhanika Zhidkosti i Gaza, No. 3, pp. 59–64, May–June, 1982.We thank V.
