PbCrO4—MgO湿敏电阻研究

摘    要:对MgO改性的PbCrO4基湿敏电阻进行了研究.X射线衍射分析表明,随着材料中MgO含量的增加,材料由疏水性PbCrO4结构向亲水性Pb2CrO5结构转变,从而使材料的湿度敏感性增强.另一方面,MgO含量的增加使得晶粒变小,增强了微孔的毛细作用,因此使得该系列湿敏电阻在低、中湿范围内感湿灵敏度增大

Abstract:The humidity sensing resistors of PbCrO 4 modified by MgO have been investigated. X-Ray diffraction analyses show that the change of crystal structure from PbCrO 4 to Pb 2CrO 5 occurs with the increasing amounts of MgO so that the sensitivity is improved because Pb 2CrO 5 is more moisture-retentive than PbCrO 4,and at the same time,the grain size also decreases,therefore,the capillary action increases with the increasing amounts of MgO,and the humidity sensibility of the samples doped with more amount of MgO is bigger than that of the samples doped with less amount of MgO in the middle and lower relative humidity concentration.
