| 摘 要： | 清朝是中国封建社会的最后一个朝代,其大一统政治得到最高程度的发挥,传播一统观念亦极端强化。在这一观念支配下,传媒被视为宣传统治思想、灌输统治意图的工具,其政治功能被不断放大。

| Abstract: | Qing Dynasty was the final Dynasty of Chinese fudual socity,its united politics was played in the maximal degree,and its united communication concept was strengthened extremely.Under the control of this concept,mass media was deemed as the tool of publicizing ruling thought and inculcating ruling intention,and its political function was amplified continuously. |
