摘    要:为研究城市地下商业街开发对城市空气质量的影响,以点式城市形态下地下商业街开发为研究对象,室外CO浓度为评价指标,运用微气候模拟软件ENVI met定量评价地下商业街开发强度、竖井排风位置、竖井排风高度以及不同地面绿化(横向乔木、竖向乔木、大灌木、小灌木和草)等设计因素下,地下商业街内部CO通过竖井排放对室外CO浓度的影响。结果表明,地下商业街开发强度越大,对外排放的CO浓度越高,污染范围越大;适当提高竖井排风高度,竖井排风选择集中布置,在地下商业街开发区域地面种植草或者大灌木,能够有效降低地下商业街开发对城市空气质量的影响。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of urban underground commercial area development on urban air quality, with the development of urban underground commercial area in the form of point as the research subject, and the outdoor CO concentration as the evaluation index, using the ENVI-met micro-climate simulation software, this research quantitatively evaluates the effects of the development intensity of underground commercial areas, the position and height of the shaft exhausts, and different ground greening configurations of transverse trees, vertical trees, large shrubs, small shrubs and grasses on the outdoor CO concentration.The results show that the greater the development intensity, the higher the outdoor CO concentration, and the wider the polluted range. Measures such as properly increasing the heights of shaft exhausts, choosing centralized layout for shaft exhausts, and planting grass or large shrubs on the ground over the developed area can effectively reduce the impacts of underground commercial area development on urban air quality.
