摘    要:肌酸激酶同工酶(CK)主要分为CK—MM、CK—MB、CK—BB,而CK—MM可以进一步分离为MM_1、MM_2、MM_3等亚型。急性心肌梗塞(AMI)时,CK—MM_3大量入血而升高,特别是MM_3/MM_1的比值升高,对AMI具有极好的特异性和早期诊断的价值。此外,对患者是否使用溶栓疗法具有临床应用意义。我们采用不连续缓冲系统电泳分离CK—MM亚型,方法简便,分辨率好,便于普及推广。

Abstract:Creatine kinase isozyme (OK) is mainly divided into CK-MM, CK-MB, and CK-BB, and CK-MM can be further divided into subforms MM1, MM2, andMM3. In acute myocardial infarction (AMI), CK-MM3 enters blood in large amount with a rise in the in the ratio of MM3/MM in particular, which is extremely valuable for the specific and early diagnosis of AMI. In addition, it exhibits clinically applicable significance to determine whether thrombolytic therapy should be applied to the patient. In order to isolate CK - MM subforms, we applied incontiuous buffer system elec-trophoresis, which is simple to manipulate, good for discriminaton, and convenient to popularize.
