摘    要:以循环流化床锅炉循环灰为热载体、部分气化产生的半焦为锅炉燃料的煤的蒸汽-煤气联产技术中,降低焦油产率、提高煤气产率是一个努力方向.本文在固定床反应器实验台上以焦油的两种主要组份苯和甲苯为对象,实验研究了一种洗中煤形成的循环友对焦油裂解的催化影响,测定了裂解反应动力学参数,探讨了循环灰对焦油裂解的催化机理.实验结果表明,与热裂解相比,循环灰条件下焦油裂解活化能下降,气态裂解产物总量提高.

Abstract:Coal partial gasification of CFBB gas and steam cogeneration is proposaled, which coalis partially gasificated, heat is carried by circulating ash, chair is the fuel of boiler. One ofthe key technology of coal gasification is to reduce the yield of tar and to increase the yieldof gas. The cracking reactions of the two main components of tar: benzene and toluene overcirculating ash of CFBB in fixed bed reactor are experimental investigated to understandcatalytic effect of ash particles. Cracking reactions kinetic parameters are measured. Andthe catalytic mechanic is also discussed. The experimelltal results shows that circulating ashpromotes the cracking reactions of tar and increases gas products.
