New superalgebra and goldstone spin-32 particle

A new supersymmetry group is introduced, whose algebra contains a spinor-vector generator. The non-linear realizations of this group lead to a Goldstone particle of spin-$\text{3}\text{2}$. The introduction of local gauge symmetry (Higgs effect) is discussed.
