All possible zero eigenvalues for quantum fluctuations in the presence of the BPST instanton are treated in the light of the spontaneous breakdown of conformal symmetry. The zero eigensolution in the fermion equation is automatically given as a consequence of the breakdown of the conformal super-symmetry.
