摘    要:针对某重载铁路桥梁运营监测数据,获取了温度、应变及挠度的基本特征,分析了结构温度与环境温度、结构应力以及结构挠度之间的相关性。进而将运营监测数据的组成分为荷载高频段和长波低频段,采用小波变换,将二者进行分离,分别得到了由温度效应和外部荷载所引起的桥梁应力及挠度数据,结果表明:桥梁结构温度变化主要依赖于其所处的环境温度;主梁截面温度较桥墩截面温度在趋势上更符合环境温度的变化;主梁在纵桥方向上的不同位置具有一致的温度分布形式;温度对桥梁应力和挠度均具有较强的相关性;剔除温度效应得到的列车活荷载作用下桥梁结构的响应结果更为精确,可为后续桥梁运营安全分析与评估提供科学数据和参考。

Abstract:The temperature, strain and deflection was collected based on the health monitoring data during the operation phase of the Yellow River Bridge. The basic characteristics of temperature, strain and deflection are obtained, and the correlation between environmental temperature-structure temperature, structure temperature-structure deflection and structure temperature-structure stress is explored. The composition of health monitoring data is divided into load high frequency band and long wave low frequency band. Wavelet transform is used to separate the two, and the bridge stress and deflection data caused by temperature effect and external load is respectively extracted. The results show that bridge structure temperature change mainly depends on the ambient temperature; the temperature of the main girder section is more in line with the change in the ambient temperature than the temperature of the pier section; the main girder has a consistent temperature distribution form at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the bridge; the temperature affects the stress and deflection of the bridge both have a strong correlation; The correlation degree between structural temperature and structural stress is slightly greater than that between structural temperature and structural deflection.
