| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用于免疫层析试条量化检测的光学检测系统。该系统基于光反射原理，包括光电检测单元、信号采集与处理单元、微处理器及数据存储、显示输出、计算机通讯和按键输入等部分。它采用光纤作为光传输媒介，同时获取检测线和质控线的光学信号，分析其吸收率，获得样品溶液中待测物的浓度。系统具有体积小、成本低、适于多种免疫层析试条定量检测等优点，在临床检测上有着广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | An optic quantitative test system which could detect immunochromatographic strips rapidly was introduced. This system was designed on the principle of optic reflection, including optic test unit, signal processing unit, center processing unit, data storage unit, output displaying unit, communication unit and keystroke input unit etc. Using optical fiber as transmission medium,the optic Signals of the test zone were detected and control zone were detected at the same time, and the concentration of the substance can be obtained through analyzing the absorbanee. This system is small, portable and cheap, and can be used to test several kinds of immunochromatographic strips, so it has a good prospect in clinical diagnosis. |
