刺五加中苷类化合物的电喷雾多级串联质谱

摘    要:采用小柱层挤、电喷雾多级串联质谱方法,通过分子量及正负离子多级串联质谱的信息对刺五加提取物中的有效成分刺五加苷B、刺五加苷E进行了定性分析,并提出了其电喷雾质谱碎裂机理。该方法样品处理简单,分析速度快且灵敏度高,实验重复性好,适宜于作为刺五加有效成分鉴定的指纹图谱,对刺五加药品质量控制具有重要意义。

Rapid Analysis of Eleutheroside by Electrospray Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Abstract:Eleutheroside B (syringin) and Eleutheroside E (syringaresinol diglycoside) which were considered to be effective constituents from a canthopanax senticosus Harms (AS) were determined in the extracts of AS by electrospray tandem mass spectrometric (ESI-MS n) methods after micro-column chromatographic separation. Their molecule masses were detected and ESI-MS n data were obtained, and fragmentation mechanisms were proposed. Their characteristic mass spectra can be used as fingerprint for the identification of Eleutheroside B and E from AS. This method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive and reproducible, and plays important role in the quality control of AS drugs.
