Oscillator strengths and excitation cross sections of samarium atoms |

| Abstract: | It is shown that the available theoretical data on the composition of odd parity levels of the samarium atom lead to a distribution of oscillator strengths and electron impact excitation cross sections which differs significantly from the experimental data. |
